- Age limit: Open to all.
- Any child above 4.6 Ft needs to buy the adult ticket.
- Park your car / bike / bus in designated parking area.
- Follow the rules for the usage of the rides. Not following rules can lead to accident / injury.
- No outside food / beverages are allowed inside the park premises.
- Entry inside the park premises under the influence of alcohol or intoxicant is not allowed. If found, the guest shall not be allowed or asked to leave the park premises.
- Alcoholic drinks/drugs strictly prohibited to be carried on person inside the premises. It is an offense.
- For your own health and safety appropriate swimwear is MUST when riding the slides /attractions. Management reserves the right to determine if swimwear is appropriate or not.
- Locker and Costumes rental are available for your convenience. If you wish to buy bathing suits, we have a selection of swimwear clothes in our retail outlets near Water Park entrance gate.
- Please do not leave valuables unattended.
- Use the changing rooms to change into swimming costume.
- Water rides are body active participatory activities. Such activities present a risk of injury.
- Guests with any medical or health restrictions on their physical activity should not use slides/attractions.
- Wearing (sun)glasses and prescription lenses is not allowed when riding the slides/attractions.
- Look at each ride and see if you can safely participate. You are the best judge of your limitations.
- Please supervise your children and arrange a meeting place in case you should get separated.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- We reserve the right to stop you from taking pictures or recording videos.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the Water Park.
- Do not spit.
- Do not pluck flowers.
- Do not throw food / paper / plastic. Use garbage bins provided in the premises.
- Do not wash clothes in toilets.
- The area is wet and slippery. Running around shall be risky.
- Do not splash water on unknown persons.
- Do not indulge in eve teasing / passing lewd remarks in front or to ladies and in presence of families. Security has rights to remove you from the premises.
- Do not indulge in boisterous behavior that will disturb other guests. Enjoy and let others enjoy.
- The refund shall be processed strictly to the same mode by which payment is made. No cash shall be refunded against payments made by Debit / Credit Cards or Netbanking.
- Swimwear Policy.
- Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction. Swim diapers are available for sale at our retail outlets.
- Management has the final call on which attire is suitable for park entry or use on rides and attractions.
- Inappropriate Swimwear includes and is not limited to: Underwear, Transparent bathing suit, Street clothes, long flowing clothing, scarves, sarees, and underwear will not be permitted. Shorts with protruding designs or accessories on the back like rivets. Long necklaces, jewellery, and chains.
- Swimsuit with metal buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and our slides. Any clothing or accessory deemed as potentially damaging to the slides.
- Management has the final call on which attire is suitable for park entry or use on rides and attractions.
- Your Admission Ticket
- Entitles holder to one-day admission to Wet N Joy which includes use of all slides and attractions in operation on day of use. Fees for parking, food, beverage, locker rental, tube rental, merchandise other in-park services are not included.
- Is non-replaceable if lost or stolen, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for Cash and non-refundable or any reason including closure of the park or a ride due to inclement weather.
- May be revoked and holder ejected from the Park without refund if misused or the holder violates the parks policies, ride instructions, rules or regulations.
- Buy purchasing this ticket Patron Indemnifies Park Management of any incidences.
- Ticket is not refundable for any reasons including Park or Ride Closure due to Weather conditions or Maintenance reasons.
- Management reserves the right to change the ticket rate without prior intimation.
- Wet N Joy Disclaimer
- Wet N Joy may without prior notice and without refund or compensation change the operating hours of the park or attractions; close the Park or any part of it temporarily; restrict the number of persons having access to the park; suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program due to capacity constraints, inclement weather or special events to ensure safety, security and order if we consider that the circumstances so require.
- Wet N Joy reserves the right to refuse admission to a guest if in the reasonable opinion of the staff, the presence of the guest may pose a risk to the safety of other guests and/or affect the enjoyment of others within the Wet N Joy facility and/or affect the normal operations of the Wet N Joy facility.
- Wet N Joy reserves the right to require a person already admitted to leave the Wet N Joy facility without refund or compensation for failure to comply with any of the Wet N Joy facility rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviour and to ensure safety, security and order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
- Wet N Joy reserves the right to require a person in the outer premises (Parking Lot, Security Buffer Zone, Ticketing Area, or directly outside of the Wet N Joy facility) to remove himself for failure to comply with any of the Wet N Joy facility rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviour, to ensure safety, security and order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require. If person(s) do not relocate voluntary, Wet N Joy will contact local authorities to have person(s) removed on grounds of trespassing or a threat to the security of Wet N Joy operations.
- Wet N Joy reserves the right to introduce differential pricing during both normal and peak days for different customer groups. This includes but is not limited to groups, schools, complimentary guests, special interest groups, special needs guests, elderly guests or special offers and discounts.
- Wet N Joy reserves the right to refuse or deny any special discount offer. In any way or form in accordance with the terms and conditions that were posted when the special offer was posted.
- Wet N Joy is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage to, loss of, disappearance of, theft of, or any other form of alteration, physical or otherwise to personal property of any guest, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
- The use of our facilities is at your own risk.
- Wet N Joy is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage to, death, or any other form of injury, physical, mental or otherwise of any guest, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise. The use of our facilities is at your own risk.
- Wet N Joy reserves the right to hold liable any guest who has caused any damage to, loss of, disappearance of, theft of, or any other form of alteration, physical or otherwise to Wet N Joy property if such event is caused by guest due to gross negligence or non-compliance of the rules and regulations as set forth in this document.
- Ticket Disclaimer
- This ticket is valid for a single entry and is non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-redeemable.
- On purchase of this ticket the holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the park and voluntarily assumed all the risks.
- Guests are requested to study various safety norms for all the rides and attractions and adhere to them in terms of height and medical conditions.
- Malpani Group will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the ticket holder, and persons accompanying him, while in the park.
- Ticket packages, rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
- Malpani Group reserves the rights to refuse entry to holder of this ticket for violations of park rules, Illegal activity or failure to comply with any security measures.
- The following articles are strictly prohibited: Arms and Ammunition, Eatables (including Gutkha, Pan-Masala, Chewing Gum, Chocolate, Chips etc.) and Cigarette Lighter, Knife, Match-Box, Firearms and all kind of Inflammable Objects.
- Kindly retain the ticket and wristband, if provided, until you leave the premises.
- Some attractions may be on a rotation basis and/or may be closed at any time, without notice at the discretion of park management or due to safety concerns.
- The printed rate in the ticket is inclusive of all taxes.
- Validity of the ticket is the same date as printed on the ticket.
- The Management has the right to change the ticket rate without prior notice.
- Admission in the Park is at the sole discretion of the Management.
- Re-entry in the park is at the sole discretion of the Management.
- The fixing and changing of rate for other services like FnB, Souvenir Shop, Rentals, etc. are at the sole discretion of the Management.
- Management reserves the right to change the Park timing without any prior notice.
- Management reserves the right to close any ride / attraction and services without any prior notice.
